Fall Board Meeting Summary

Dear M.S. MIT Advisory Board,

What a great weekend! We had a successful Fall Forum, board meetings, reception at the Dean’s home, 100 + at the Alumni Tailgate and then a football victory over the Terps! Thank you for attending and for your continued support! For those of you that were not able to attend, we missed you.

For those that were unable to attend the meeting, we will fedex you your folder - including a copy of your individual giving report, the bylaws, ComputerWorld article, Knowledge Continuum brochure and a M.S. MIT Recruitment Packet for you to give to anyone interested in the program. There will be two copies of the bylaws – please sign one and return to me and keep the 2nd for your records.

10/3 Meeting Summary
1. 28 members renew term, 10 new members, represent M.S. MIT Alumni from 1999 – 2008, members reach VA, DC, MD, FL, MA, TX, NC, GA and London
2. Board will contribute $76,000 to annual fund/School this Fiscal
3. Leadership: Chair – Beth Hutchins, First Vice Chair – Jay Sanne, Second Vice Chair – David Meredith
4. Approved Bylaws (Return copies to Nicole Fitzwater)
